2. This machine applies electronic weighting system and photoelectric material level control system to assure the right volume of the foaming material, make the beading density uniformly after foaming and the density tolerance is less than 3%.
3. The high precision guide pressure reducing valve that made in Japan controls the tmperature and steam pressure of the barrel, as to assure the outlet pressure of the valve being constant and the inner temperature tolerance within ± 1% degree Centigrade. Furthermore, it can keep the foamed EPS raw material consistency and prevent EPS raw material agglomerated due to the operation error.
4. This machine applies automatic negative pressure spiral charging device and electronic weighing system, which combined with level switch to charging automatically, rising efficiency and reducing labor intensity.
5. This machine applies technics that closed loop constant pressure on the foaming with hight thermal efficency and saving steam, compared to the continuous pre-expander it could save energy.
6. This machine has been equiped with fluidized bed dryer, after the work-in-process discharge from the pre-expandered, ti can autofilter, crush the ball material and transhport the foamed raw material automatically to slaking barrel via fan.
