Comparative Analysis report:
In order to test FTS series EPS machine steam consumption which belongs to Hangzhou Gaofu Machinery Manufacturing Company limited. With the help of Cixi Electric foam factory, we do some on-site testing on steam consumption of the EPS foam froduct from 20th Nov 2008 to 26th Nov 2008. Hereby, we present the test results and data analysis are as follows.

We could draw a conclusion from the above analysis of test results: Ordinary automatic machines applies high temperature and high pressure forming workcraft, the process result in higher pressure upon the mold as to reduce its life, hoses bursting and other potential effect of wear and tear and can not be quantified. I. E. Its operation is not cost-effective. But FTS series EPS machine applies vacuum cooling craft and the implementation of stripping under high-temperature so that it ensure a good energy-saving feature, and also finished product with only 10% of the water content, Moreover, its equipment could reduce the cost of steam consumption at 110, 000, 000 Yuan each year for the master, further, its economic operation has a better effects compared to other EPS series EPS machine
Energy-saving cacuum molding machine:
1. The machine is welded by 25MM steel plate with the heat treated galvanizing process and shipbuilding paint protection and prevent being rusty. Moreover, it can run for three times longer work life than certain ordinery domestic ones. Specially, it covers all fuctions of the molding shape machine in the present market.
2. This machine is equipped with central vacuum systems, of which brands is NaxiMO.
3. All the pneumatic control parts apply the Germany components. As for the man-machine interface applies Koyo system.
4. The machine equipped with high pressure feeding system. Heating, cooling forming process are more advanced and energy-saving.
5. The machine achieves molding via vacuum cooling. It can also finish stripping under in the high temperature 70-75 degrees celsius.
6. This machine can save 35% steam, 40%compressed air, 75% water less than the ordinary EPS molding ones.
7. The produt's lower moisture content rate is less than 10%, but it will be dried sooner in the drying room.
8. This machine can applies to all kinds of mouted molds.
